Beef Kofta Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Skewers
- Optional: pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and yogurt sauce for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, parsley, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions, and shape each portion into a long, thin sausage shape around a skewer.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kofta kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Serve the kofta kebabs hot, with pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and yogurt sauce if desired.
