Ingredients
- 1 pound of thinly sliced beef sirloin or flank steak, if available

- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- cornstarch equivalent to 2 teaspoons
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup

- 1 level teaspoon of powdered garlic

Instructions
