6T red pepper powder,

3T soy sauce, 2T tuna broth,

2T minced garlic, 2T cooking wine,

4T starch syrup (Adjust the seasoning with red pepper powder and soy sauce.)

salmon sauce: 2 cups water,

2 cups brewed soy sauce,

1 cup cooking wine,

1/2 cup plum syrup,

3T sugar, 3T tuna.

Onion peel, green onion root,

peperocino, whole garlic,

kelp, smoked anchovies, katsuobushi. (It’s really delicious if you add smoked anchovies and bonito flakes.)
