One-pan chicken smothered with cheese and bacon sounds so good! This is a basic recipe that you could try:

Components:

  • Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Two cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • One teaspoon of garlic powder
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • One tsp of paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) as garnish

Guidelines:
Set the oven temperature to 400°F, or 200°C.

  1. On both sides, season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a sizable oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until browned on both sides. After taking the chicken out of the skillet, set it aside.
  3. Empty the skillet of any extra grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon behind.
  4. Transfer the breasts of chicken back to the skillet. Add a layer of chopped bacon to the top of each chicken breast, then add a blend of Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses.
  5. Place the skillet in the oven that has been prepared, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling and melted (the internal temperature of the chicken should be 165°F, or 75°C).
  6. After finishing, take the skillet out of the oven and give it some time to cool.
  7. If wanted, garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

Savor the crispy, bacon-studded, cheese-topped chicken right out of the pan!
