Worlds Best Pizza Casserole

This Pizza Casserole will take pizza night to a whole new level of fun! It’s a quick and simple pizza bake that’s created using pasta, cheese, and all of your preferred toppings for pizza.

This quick Pizza Casserole dish is a simple pizza pasta bake prepared with penne pasta, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and all of our favorite pizza toppings.

It’s a great way to spice up your typical pizza night. On occasion, we have pizza sent to us, but more often than not, we improvise with the ingredients and create our own unique kind of pizza.

INGREDIENTS

16 ounces Penne Pasta
4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided 28 ounces Pizza Sauce
Eight ounces Tomatoes Cut Into Dice
2 ounces Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Pepperonis
1 pound of Italian sausage that has been pounded 1 ounce of black olives 4 ounces of green peppers that have been diced 4 ounces of mushrooms that have been sliced up

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the oven by heating it to 375 degrees F.
Cook the penne pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until it reaches the “al dente” stage.
While pasta boils brown Italian sausage in a pan. Complete the cooking, then pour off the fat.
After draining the pasta, place it in a big bowl.
Mix in two cups of mozzarella, one cup of pizza sauce, chopped tomatoes, diced green peppers, diced onions, diced mushrooms, and cooked Italian sausage. Mix well by tossing the ingredients.
Grease a 13×9 inch casserole dish and pour ingredients into it.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese, pepperonis, black olives, and Parmesan cheese on top of the pizza before serving.
Bake for a total of thirty minutes while the dish is covered with foil. After thirty minutes, take the foil off the dish and keep it in the oven for another ten minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
